2. Prices

Prices are shown in your local currency. Delivery costs, if any, are shown before you pay.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you the order confirmation. Payment is taken securely by our payment provider at checkout; we never see or store your full card details. If a product cannot be supplied we will tell you and refund you in full.

4. Delivery

Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days and usually arrive 7–14 business days after dispatch, with tracking. These are estimates; we will keep you informed of any delay.

5. Change of mind returns

You may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first so we can give you the return address. Once we receive the item we refund the price paid, to the original payment method, within 14 days. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you.

6. Faulty items and your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the consumer law of your country, including the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. If an item is faulty, not as described or arrives damaged, contact us: we will repair, replace or refund it, and we cover the return cost. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on screen, and small variations in finish are normal.
