What we collect

When you order or contact us, we collect the information needed to help you: your name, contact details, billing and delivery address, order details, payment confirmations and support messages. Payment information is handled by the payment services enabled at checkout. Do not send card numbers, security codes or passwords by email.

Technical information such as your browser, device, IP address and security logs may be needed to operate and protect the store. Optional analytics and advertising information is processed only when the relevant service is enabled and your choices allow it.

Cookies and your choices

Essential cookies support your cart, account security and checkout. These remain active. Analytics and Personalized Advertising are optional and remain off until you enable them. Open Privacy choices in the footer at any time to review, allow or withdraw these permissions.

Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie for up to 180 days. A change applies to future optional processing; enabling a category does not send previously withheld browsing events. Withdrawing permission does not remove information already lawfully processed. Contact us if you wish to request deletion.

We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping personalized advertising off when that signal is present. You can also use Privacy choices to opt out of targeted advertising and advertising-related sale or sharing of personal information.

Advertising measurement

If you enable Personalized Advertising and a provider is configured, advertising tools may use cookie identifiers, page interactions, purchase information and relevant device information for measurement. Meta may receive browser events through its Pixel and server events through its Conversions API. Contact details used for matching are hashed before transfer; hashing does not make personal information anonymous.

TikTok and other advertising providers are covered by the same optional category if enabled. Listing a provider here does not mean that its tools are currently connected.

Sharing and international processing

We share necessary information with providers that actually support the store, including hosting, payment processing, delivery, customer support and email services. Analytics and advertising providers receive optional information only where configured and allowed. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or in a lawful business reorganization.

Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. Applicable safeguards and local requirements govern this handling. Contact us for details about a particular request or service.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed for its purpose, including order support, accounting, warranties, fraud prevention and dispute handling. When no longer needed, it is deleted, anonymized or securely restricted. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards protect information, although no system can guarantee complete security.

Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, information about sharing or withdrawal of consent. Some records must be retained for legal, accounting, security or fraud-prevention purposes.

Children and policy updates
