Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

1. Email info.cordault@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Once the item arrives, we refund you within 14 days to the original payment method.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Faulty or damaged? Contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. This does not affect your rights under consumer law (including the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act).
